Inauguration Operations

The George Washington University Hospital will remain open and prepared to serve the community now and throughout the Inauguration on January 20, 2021. The facility is secure and we continue to restrict all visitors (except in limited exceptions) in alignment with our COVID-19 precautions.

Please be aware that there is increased security throughout the District, including road closures. Please allow plenty of time to travel to the hospital. Our main parking garage for patients and visitors, located under the GWU Science and Engineering Hall (between 22^nd and 23^rd Street on H Street), will also remain open.
