ConnectER Costs

  • The cost of a ConnectER telemedicine appointment is a $35 flat fee per appointment.
  • If you go over your 15 minute appointment, you will not be charged any additional fees.
  • The only form of payment accepted is credit card. All major credit cards are accepted.
  • Your credit card will be charged $35 upon check-in to your appointment prior to your appointment starting.
  • There is no fee for appointment cancellation, including last minute cancellations and no-shows.
  • No form of health insurance is accepted for the ConnectER telemedicine appointments.
